"Who Built Seattle?" Town Hall Lecture

UPDATE: We have reached our maximum number of complimentary tickets.  However, if additional alumni would like to join us, please feel free to purchase your own ticket and meet us in the lobby 20 minutes prior to the start time of the lecture (7:10pm).

Tickets can be purchased here: https://townhallseattle.org/event/who-built-seattle/

Join us as we explore the history of Seattle's infrastructure during a one-hundred year period during which critical services (water, power, transit, etc.) were implemented and notable buildings were erected.

Bob Ortblad, a Seattle native, civil engineer and history enthusiast, will present the story of how Seattle was built and how it has changed over the years. Come meet the self-taught engineers, dedicated public servants, aggressive land developers and gifted visionaries who made the Emerald City what it is today.

We will meet in the lobby of Town Hall 20 minutes prior to the start of the lecture.  Following the lecture, there will be an optional discussion at a nearby location. Tickets for the first 10 people are complimentary.
