The six-story Bullitt Center satisfies all of its own energy, water and waste needs, with 83% greater energy efficiency and 80% greater water efficiency than a typical Seattle office building. 

The Bullitt Center also serves as a living laboratory to elevate environmental awareness and to visibly convey the benefits and interconnectedness of sustainable design.
