Entrepren-awesome!

1.jpg

Thanks to everyone that came to our Entrepreneurship Panel featuring Chris McGarry, Director for Entrepreneurship at Columbia,  Ethan Rudin, CFO of Rhapsody, and Edmond Sanctis, Co-founder of Sahale Snacks.  Hope everyone enjoyed the company and learned something from our speakers!

Here's a little summary of the night..

When the clock struck six people started arriving steadily.  After not too long, the room was bustling.  Food and drink made for a friendly atmosphere, along with some get-to-know each other games.  2.jpg

2_2.jpgAs the sun set, our main program began.  Chris lead with an introduction to the exciting stuff Columbia Entrepreneurship is working on to support Columbia entrepreneurs: startup labs, pitch competitions, partnerships within Columbia and with other schools, and more!IMG_2141.JPG  Then Ethan and Edmond, both alumni of Columbia Business School, gave us a more personal perspective on entrepreneurship, where they started from, how they got to where they are, and what they saw for the future of their industries and for entrepreneurship in Seattle.4.jpgAfter some Q+A, Chris, Ethan, and Edmond all kindly stuck around for those that still wanted to chat.  And that's it!

Thank you Edmond and Ethan for a fascinating panel and thank you Chris for visiting us from New York!
