Join fellow Columbia alumni for a relaxed morning of coffee, conversation, and a scenic walk through one of Seattle's most beautiful parks.

Schedule

8:30 AM – Coffee, Light Snacks & Networking
Meet at Discovery Espresso, a neighborhood favorite located near the north entrance of Discovery Park. Enjoy a coffee or beverage (included with registration) while connecting with fellow alumni.

9:30 AM – Discovery Park Walk

After networking, we'll make the approximately 11-minute walk to the Discovery Park Loop Trail trailhead https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/discovery-park-loop-trail The route follows the main paved and gravel paths and offers beautiful views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, forests, meadows, and coastal bluffs.

Walk Details

• Approximately 1-hour easy-to-moderate walk
• Leashed dogs are welcome
• Scenic bluff and water views
• Suitable for most fitness levels
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for Seattle weather
